Okay let us begin

Fox: The Beast King
The former heir to the legendary Mercenary King and now warrior fledgling to Batman, Fox brought all his own material and tech as well as a decade of skills. Earning training isn't a concern, just earning trust but Batman can be damn sure this guy knows what he's doing and has the arsenal to back up his prowess. Watch out Gotham, Fox is on the hunt.
Skills
Swordsman

- Fox has been trained in almost every sword style used in the world, learned from Japanese masters, Chinese Senseis and an Italian Blacksmith whom always tested his metal after forging it. From all these teachers Fox forged his own combat style to match his hit them hard fast close quarter combat, and has the upper body strength required to use his sword as fluidly and effectively as possible
Mark I
-When wearing the Mark 1 Fox only has one blade, his sonic blade (kamali) and a small sonic dagger. He reserved the dagger for close quarter combat and rarely dual wielded so his sole sword was Kamali. He could wield the sword with one hand and use his other to fire his whipcord or throw a pellet whilst still engaging his enemy or deflecting bullets.
Mark II
-After gaining his second sword and overhauling his armour Fox switched to dual wielding, retiring the sonic dagger. Both swords were reduced in size to make them less heavy so he could wield them both without losing speed. Also for a more heavy hit Fox can combine the two blades and wield them in one hand whilst using the other to fire his mini-sonic cannon and use his whipcord. Occasionally (when surrounded) he can flip onto his hands and holding the swords with his feet do a whirlwind kick to spread his enemies apart and then flip back up, grab his blades and cut through one side to regain his footing.
Tracker/Scout
-During his time as the Beast King Fox served as the leader of the Beast Squad, his role was Scout. He would take lead point and access the terrain and plot the best course of action. As expected of this position he's light on his feet, incredibly athletic with a strong build so he can navigate all sorts of areas without losing speed and momentum (you better believe he can parkour). Another feat required is stealth, Fox's armour is able to suppress sound heightening his sneaking but Fox can also control his breathing to make almost no noise at all.
Bilingual
-A well travelled man will pick up the odd phrase in certain languages, Fox however has learned how to speak fluently in French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese and Russian. Despite being a British national his dialect sounds so natural when speaking in these foreign tongues one could mistake him for a frenchman, he also maintains some contact with former informants in Europe.
Gadgeteer Genius
-This also plays into his role as Wayne Enterprises Technology Executive, whilst Jude may outrank him in technical know how Fox is no slouch when it comes to building his own toys. He constructed his entire sonic arsenal, right down to the swords and made his cyberflesh armour himself. Since moving to Gotham he still designs all his own weaponry and gadgets but often collaborates with Jude to get the best results.
Hyper-Tactical
-Fox's mind has been conditioned mercilessly to be ready to take on any foe, often making pre-planned strategies so as to already know how to best his enemy before he engages them. Fox does not waste time, he will not toy with his opponent and will not give any opportunity for them to get the upperhand if he can shut them down first. When facing an opponent he has no experience or pre-planned strategy with he will not underestimate them but rather opt for the defensive and analyse their fighting style and at the first sign of weakness he will exploit it and knock them down.
Advanced Close Quarter Combat
-Trained by the most proficient mercenaries all over the world (even a few assassins from the league unbeknownst to him) have forged Fox's body and made him lethal in hand to hand combat. Fox never goes in for the kill but is more than prepared and able to deliver bone breaking blows and deliver instant knock out punches to the head and chest. His style is hard and fast, he won't waste time and will hit his enemies where it will do the most damage and will ensure a quick knock out. When fighting an enemy more experienced he will play it out, his endurance is something he has worked a LOT on so he can often outlast his foes before delivering a decisive blow.
Endurance
-Early on during his training Fox realised he had to be able to take a punch just as well as he could give it. So he taught himself to take a huge amount of pain and still carry on fighting. He learned pain displacement during his time in Europe and China so he could let the pain take effect once the battle was over, his tolerance is near superhuman and he has the scars to prove it.
Augmented Sight and Hearing
-Fox has minor enhancements to his sight and hearing, nothing superhuman but just to give him an additional edge on the battlefield. Without the aid of his lenses on his mask he can spot a sniper at intermediate range and hear enemies breathing before they step into an ambush.
Technical Engineer
-His civilian Jack Dahl is the Technology Executive at Wayne Enterprises, he is classed as a level 6 Tech-head by the appropriate forums and he has the technical aptitude to back it up. Able to work with computers both construction and data processing and programming he could very well create a new brand of super-computer on his own but if he wanted it done before lunch he'd have his team take on each integral part before bringing it all together.Even as Jack Dahl he is a born leader.
Equipment
Mark I
Sonic Blade (Kamali)

-Kamali is a blade forged from Eptosteel, commonly known amongst the merc circles as Ghost Alloy as when vibrated to a high enough frequency it can cut through virtually everything. It's a highly versatile metal, virtually unbreakable but requires frequent work so it can vibrate effectively, this often requires sheening and temperature control.
Sonic Charges/Sonic Gauntlet
-A syringe needle similar to an ice pick can retract from the disposable charge to open locks and be stabbed into enemies for the purpose of interrogation. Applied to the sonic Gauntlet they can create a synched vibration enabling Fox to punch through solid steel and break every bone in his enemies body.
Sonic Dagger
-Crafted from the same eptosteel that made Kamali, this small blade is used for close combat situations and also for interrogation purposes. It's calibre is less than Kamali but still packs a mean sting.
Sonic Pellets
-Fox's batarang, can be thrown at an enemy and release a sound wave burst to knock them back or knock them out depending on the frequency (single use for most frequencies) and can also be used to bypass certain security tech-locks
Flying Pellet (Chirpy) x1
-A prototype scout drone constructed with Jude. A sonic pellet fashioned with a camera and rotor blade the little thing flutters into the fray and scans the terrain and sends the visual back to Fox's mask. The pellet was dubbed a chirpy owing to the noise it makes, Lizzie thought it was cute.
Mask Mark I
-The Mark I mask was originally a japanese Kitsune mask hung in Fox's old home in Britain. He took it and fashioned it into his helmet, lining the interior with kevlar and coating the mask with eptosteel so it could vibrate at the same frequencies as his sword. When all else fails he is able to turn his mask into a weapon, taking it off and throwing it into the fray of enemies and activating the screech signal on verbal command (Ming-Ming-Ming-And-A-Ming-And-A-Moo)
Whipcord
-On the gauntlet parallel to the sonic gauntlet Fox has a fibre cord whipcord launcher which he can use to ensnare enemies and grapple along the rooftops of gotham.
Cyberflesh Armour Mark I
-Cyberflesh Armour is reserved only for the most elite and notorious mercenaries in the world, worth millions and costs the same to make. This is because no cyberflesh armour is the same as another, they are tailored to their wearers form. Cyberflesh armour is constructed through nanomachines weaving in kevlar into a thin layer of custom synthoid skin (used for Amazon) which is also highly resistant. Fox's armour is scout class so everything is light but not at the expense of defence and endurance. When Cyberflesh is damaged it can only be repaired by nanomachines, Fox's armour is virtually bullet proof but can be cut by armour piercing rounds and by swords of similar calibre to Kamali.
Mark II
(Listed are an addition to Mark I arsenal)
Sonic Drive

-Replacing the disposable sonic charges comes the sonic drive, able to channel and conduct sonic energy and disperse it into the sonic gauntlet as well as using it to hack into computers and techn-locks. The drive is rechargeable to can be used repeatedly, to Fox's annoyance it's resemblance to a sonic screwdriver from Doctor Who has not gone unnoticed or unmentioned.
Mini-Sonic Canon
-Also mounted on the new sonic gauntlet is a small sonic cannon able to launch a pulse of sonic energy at an opponent, handy for range and close quarter combat.
Taser dart launchers
-Mounted on the shoulders they are primed to launch three tazer lines at a group of enemies and deliver a potent shock to bring them to their knees. Perfect for close quarter combat and escaping an enemies grip.
Wrist Blade
-Connected to the whipcord on the shock gauntlet and ala Assassin's creed Fox is able to unsheathe a retractable stun blade to deliver an electric shock and knock out unsuspecting foes. Also the whipcord is now able to pass a current, for when group enemies need a quick bolt.
Shock Pellets
-Working in similar practices as the sonic pellets the shock pellets work like tazer batarangs, able to stun an enemy allowing for a swift take down and very effective against robots and androids.
Jetpack
-Allowing for easier maneuverability and with sound dampeners to allow for stealth as well as a launchable sonic disruptor rocket which can also unleash a small barrage of chirpies, this is perhaps Fox's favourite update to his armour.
Shock Blade (Raiden)
-Effectively retiring the sonic dagger and switching to dual wield Raiden is also made from eptosteel and Kamali was reduced in size to make it lighter and more effective for dual wield. Raiden is able to conduct up to 2000 volts of electricity and when combined with Kamali is able to release that electricity alongside the sonic wave, clearing the field of almost any kind of foe.
Cyberflesh Mark II
-Fox's Mark II armour is a little heavier than the Mark I, more defence and more equipment would impede his speed but he's not playing the scout anymore. He is playing the warrior and his armour reflects that, taking heavy inspiration from the Mandalorian warriors from Star Wars Fox's Mark II incorporates a balance of sonic and shock technology along with more weaponry to help him contend with the growing supervillain forces he has to contend with.

Like the Mark II armor look and that it's heavier to reflect his new role in the field.
Love Chirpy.
Always been a fan of the mask and the code.
Heheheh, sonic screwdriver.
The taser dart launchers make me think of the Predator's shoulder canons.
Angie about the jetpack: "Oh, Jesus H. Christ, give me that armor! This jetpack is freaking terrible; I'll fix it for you! Jesus..." It would be completely soundless and the power output would be greater. She wouldn't mess with the other bits.
