Hmmm...where to beginn?
Let's just state the obvious first, and say that this is great work! Very well done!

The shadows are great!
The proportions too! They work in the cartoon-style this is drawn in.
The detail on the armour is wicked! His facial expression on the left is brilliant!

Its a nice illustrative style, the brush-work is nice and smooth and the composition looks good. Thumbs up!

The background is not very spectacular, but it does it's job and compliments the two figures very well. It also sets the point of light which is respected throughout the shading on the two characters.

Points for improvement is putting the two on the ground. The shadows at the shoes attempt to ground them, but t=don't quite succeed yet.
Also the outermost left shoe looks too flat, whereas the rest of the character is successful in being...well a body, the shoe lacks that 3D feel.
